How to download files :
For customers that have JSG account, go to Your Account > Purchases (Purchase History) and look for the order.. You will find product link and Certificate Of Authenticity for download.
For customers that are guest users, you'll find download link in the receipt EMAIL that will be sent to you after purchase.
