This realistic painting of a wave, acrylic on canvas, seeks to yet again reflect biomimicry and how it can serve as inspiration for architectural facades such as Zaha Hadid’s Heydar Aliyev Center or Antoni Gaudi’s Casa Batló. The folding landscape’s topography contains bifurcations, arcs and continuously flowing surfaces that dynamically slip and slide, along with undulations that mold like plasticine.
