Always finding joy in the littlest of things. In this case, I have captured the carefree spirit of the kids while they try interacting with the little chicken.
The inspiration for this piece is biomimicry and how elements within nature and dynamic landscapes can shape architectural facades. The subject is inspired by Zaha Hadid’s design of the Galaxy Soho building- wherein the architectural façade was also inspired by terraced rice fields. These landforms are ever-changing in nature, their surfaces continually shaped by and adapting to nature’s forces.

The little girl is shown to be celebrating the Norwegian constitution day. She is wearing a Bunad, which is the Norwegian traditional outfit. Everyone, specially the children, in Norway, looks forward to 17th May –Norwegian Constitution Day.
